1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using any FlowKits plugin (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. License
FlowKits grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the Software.
3. Third-Party Services
The Software connects to third-party services including Google Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, and Google Meet using their publicly available APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:
FlowKits is not responsible for changes to, outages of, or access restrictions imposed by these third-party services.
4. Data and Privacy
The Software processes email, calendar, and presence data locally on your device. No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted to FlowKits servers. Authentication tokens are stored locally by the Elgato Stream Deck software. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are made through the Elgato Marketplace and are subject to Elgato’s refund and return policies. FlowKits does not process payments directly.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FlowKits does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or configurations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowKits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, missed notifications, or inability to access third-party services.
8. Changes to Terms
FlowKits may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
9. Trademark Notice
FlowKits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Elgato, or Corsair. Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Meet are trademarks of Google LLC. Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
