All FlowKits products are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds.
Something Not Working?
If you experience an issue with a FlowKits product — a broken shortcut, missing icon, compatibility problem, or anything that isn’t working as described — contact us and we’ll fix it. That’s a promise.
We’d rather solve the problem than lose a customer.

When We Will Issue a Refund
- You were charged for a product that should have been free
- You were charged twice for the same product
- The product is fundamentally not as described and we’re unable to resolve the issue
Free Products
Products listed at no cost are provided as-is. We still welcome bug reports and feedback, and we’ll do our best to keep them updated.
Purchases Made Through Elgato Marketplace
Products purchased through the Elgato Marketplace are subject to Elgato’s own refund terms. If you need a refund for a Marketplace purchase, please contact Elgato support directly. If you need help with the product itself, we’re always happy to help — reach out to us below.
